Asset Validation

When you assign hardware or software to a user or employee, use Asset Validation to confirm whether they actually received it. Keeps records accurate and avoids mismatches.

What it does: Validates that assigned assets have been received by the user or employee. After assignment, the recipient (or admin) can confirm "received" or "not received," so you have a clear audit trail and can follow up if needed.
