After Microsoft integration is configured, Tracker365 can sync Microsoft subscriptions, show live entitlement data, and produce usage reports to compare purchased licenses against actual use.
What it does: Dedicated Microsoft 365 subscription view with sync, live subscription details, and exportable usage reports.

How to use
- 1 Ensure Microsoft integration is connected under Integrations.
- 2 Open Microsoft Subscription from the sidebar.
- 3 Run sync to pull the latest Microsoft 365 subscription data.
- 4 Review assigned and unassigned license counts per product.
- 5 Open usage reports to see active vs. purchased license utilization.
- 6 Export report data for compliance or budget planning.
