Subscription
Add and track hardware, software, and contracts in one place. View a timeline for each subscription linked to the product's serial number so you always know renewal and expiry dates.
What it does: Users and employees can add hardware, software, and contracts as subscriptions. Each subscription shows a timeline with the product's serial number, making it easy to track renewals and expiries.
How to use
- 1 Go to Subscription from the sidebar or Dashboard. You will see the Subscription List with all your hardware, software, and contract subscriptions in one place.
- 2 To add a Hardware subscription, click Add (or New) and choose Hardware. Enter details such as product name, serial number, start date, renewal/expiry date, and vendor. Save to add it to the list.
- 3 To add a Software subscription, choose Software as the type. Fill in the software name, license details, users assigned, start and end dates, and link to the product or serial if needed.
- 4 Enter or link the product serial number when adding a subscription so it is tied to the correct asset. This helps you track which device or license the subscription belongs to.
- 5 View the Subscription Timeline for any item to see start, renewal, and expiry dates at a glance. Use the timeline view to avoid missed renewals and plan ahead.
- 6 Use Import to bulk add subscriptions from a file (e.g. CSV/Excel). Upload the file, map columns to fields like name, type, dates, serial number, and import multiple subscriptions at once.
