Host Notifications

Automatic email and SMS alerts to hosts when their visitors arrive. Never miss a meeting again.

What it does: Sends real-time notifications when a visitor checks in for a meeting with the host.

How to use

  1. 1 Ensure host email/phone is set in user profile for notifications.
  2. 2 When a visitor checks in and selects a host, the system triggers notification.
  3. 3 Host receives email and/or SMS with visitor name, company, and purpose.
  4. 4 Configure notification preferences (email/SMS) in Visitor Settings.
